Overtaking in the ranges. 9% decrease in fuel. The HYDI unit was fitted on the brand new truck in January 2020, my regular route is Adelaide to Brisbane and I have kept manual records when they removed the HYDI unit for an upgrade.

Fuel savings of 1/3 of a tank with a heavier load! Hilands recently purchased a Mercedes Euro 6 Actros to add to our fleet. Soon after delivery we had a HYDI unit fitted to it. We drove the truck on a regular route, about the same number of kilometres to obtain a baseline as we did with the product for our own test.

12% Fuel Saving. Increased power; holding on to 2 gears on inclines. 2/3rd drop in soot level. Engine is cleaner which should increase operational life reducing overall operational costs. We have fitted our fleet with HYDI units.
